Food Pyramid - Fruits & Vegetables
Vegetables are considered a part of the food pyramid and play an important role in keeping the body balanced. In order to get the right amount of vegetables in your diet to complete that portion of the food pyramid on should consume anywhere from 3 to 5 servings of vegetables a day and 2 to 4 servings of fruits each day. This critical part of the food pyramid is one of the best sources of vitamins that the body needs to remain balanced.
In the future we will be providing a list of fruits and vegetables that will show which fruits and vegetables provide which vitamins to keep your body and mind healthy, energetic and strong.
